Hello! I'm Coach Payne. I am passionate about coaching young athletes and helping them reach their potential. I also find so much joy as a personal trainer helping individuals on their personal development journey for living a healthy life. 


Over the past 10 years,  I have helped young athletes improve their speed as a Track and Field coach or to improve their performance in team sports. I have also helped many individuals reach their fitness goals to become more fit, reduce stress, gain more energy, and build healthy habits, so they can have long-term results and live a happier, healthier life.

  • College Athlete (100m, 400m Sprints) 
  • Bachelor in Exercise Science from Utah State University
  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
  • NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES)
  • Certified High School Coach - NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching 
  • Experience as Physical Therapist Aide

Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!


Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you. We also provide online consultations for at home workouts.


It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
